About Us

BEEMAP is our residential pollinator that helps to spread the word about what we do at Project BLACC!

BEEMAP stands for the 6 areas we offer for workforce development.

Project BLACC was established in 2021 with a focus on creating jobs that can promote economic viability in the rural community, and job placements for those who desire careers in green workforce.

Our history

Project BLACC was established in 2021 to encourage diversification and provide rural communities economic opportunities.  Project BLACC is a workforce development sector of Concerned Citizens of Charles City County (C5). Our program works with students and adults who want to pursue a career in one of our 6 areas (BEEMAP). Sign up today!

Our mission

The mission of Project BLACC is to create sustainable jobs and careers for those who are in rural disadvantaged communities. We aim to provide opportunities for all people to help with creating sustainable building practices to promote community.
